This greeting card is a print of the original collage "The Empire State" representing the map of New York State made with pressed wildflowers and leaves grown in New York and New Jersey! The original collage will be exhibited at the art show "Botanical Princeton" in November 2024.

Wildflowers and leaves used in this card include aster, bugleweed, buttercup, cinquefoil, clover, daisy, dandelion, fern, ficaria, forget-me-not, loosestrife, milkweed, Queen Anne's lace, rose (NY state flower -where Albany is!), smartweed, solidago, spiderwort, and violet. Can you spot the Hudson River, the Finger Lakes, Manhattan, and Niagara Falls?!

The card is printed on good quality textured cardstock in ivory color. The folded card is 5 x 7 and comes with a matching envelope.

No preservative or dye were used in the original collage. The colors of the flowers on the printed card are the original colors.

The cards could be used for many occasions: college move-in or graduation, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, living room, dorm room, hostess gift, housewarming present, wedding gift, and so on! Or you could just buy the card as wall art for yourself and frame it to use it as wall decor!
