Refund policy

We want you to be happy about our products!  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will honor returns for some products within 10 days of delivery, but return shipping costs are not covered by FloreOrganicBotanics. 
  • Returns are not allowed on earrings or hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Returns are not allowed on custom orders.
  • To be accepted, returns must be carefully repackaged in a bubble mailer, and be in perfect unworn condition, as well as accompanied by your name, address and order number.
  • By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
