Shipping policy

Orders typically take 2-7 business days to produce (be mindful that our production time increases during holidays). All FloreOrganicBotanics products are handmade in house.

We ship via USPS, which takes about 3-5 business days (after production). You have the option to pay extra for shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, it is the customers' responsibility to contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping, you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. You can then contact floreorganicbotanics@gmail.com to replace your order.
